Pasta Aglio L'Oglio - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 anchovy fillets, mashed*
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. red pepper
6 or more cloves garlic, mashed (the more the better)
1 tsp. basil or to taste
2 c. wine stock
grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. pasta
Preparation
-
Saute onion in a small pot until soft.
Add garlic and anchovies.
Cook slowly until garlic softens.
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; simmer for 15 to 30 minutes.
Pour over pasta.
Serve with cheese.
