Apri-Curry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 c. apricot jam
2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 c. toasted coconut
4 whole chicken legs
Preparation

In glass baking dish, combine ingredients with half teaspoon salt.
Add chicken.
Turn to coat.
Marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 5 hours.
