Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. green beans, drained
1 stick oleo
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Ritz or saltine crumbs
Preparation

Chop onion and saute in butter.
Remove onion from butter and pour in cracker crumbs.
Add onion to the beans, grated cheese and soup.
Mix and top with buttered cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
