Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. softened margarine (2 sticks)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
additional flour and powdered sugar (for rolling out dough)
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients; set aside.
Blend thoroughly margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
Mix in flour mixture.
Chill dough at least 1 hour.
