Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. pumpkin
2 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
24 pecan halves
Preparation

Put 2 eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin in mixing bowl.
Beat.
Mix dry ingredients separately and mix.
Add pumpkin mixture all at once and mix only until just moistened.
Divide among 24 muffin cups and keep remainder for top.
