Peas And Celery - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried savory (optional)
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed
Preparation

Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add celery and next 4 ingredients.
Stir in savory, if desired.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often, 5 to 7 minutes or until celery is crisp-tender. Add peas and cook until thoroughly heated.
