Texas Breakfast Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) can whole green chilies
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs (large)
3 c. whole milk
1 c. biscuit mix

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Spray 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish with Pam.
Split chilies and discard seeds.
Arrange chilies on bottom of baking dish and top with combined cheeses.
In a bowl, beat eggs.
Add milk and biscuit mix.
Blend well and pour over cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown at edges. Serve with salsa.
Salt to taste.
