Fruit Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 to 1/2 c. candied cherries
    1/4 to 1/2 c. candied pineapple
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. grated coconut
    3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 c. chopped dates
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Chop the fruit.
    Hand mix fruit with remaining ingredients.
    Fill 3 lightly oiled (I spray with Pam) mini muffin tins.
    Bake for approximately 35 minutes.
    Don't let them get too brown.
    Remove from heat; let them cool about 10 minutes before removing from tins.
    Yields 3 dozen.
