Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. flour
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Set aside.
    Mix oil, milk and egg together and add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
    Pour out on lightly floured board and knead, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Let dough rise on board for 20 minutes. Cut into desired shapes; place in greased muffin pans and brush top of rolls with margarine.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until done.
    Yields 3 dozen rolls.
