Chiquita Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    12 corn tortillas, cut in 1-inch strips
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 3 1/4 oz. can diced green chili peppers
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add soups.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add milk and cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Add chicken broth and chilies.
    Place a layer of tortilla strips on the bottom of a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour some sauce on that and add a layer of chicken.
    Repeat, ending with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
