Caldillo (Cal-Di-O)(A Traditional Northern Mexican Dish; A Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean stew meat
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 potatoes, cut bite size
1 onion, chopped
3 beef bouillon cubes or 1 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 small cans green chili, diced or chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook meat until done.
Put your garlic, onion and bouillon cubes and seasoning.
Also green chili.
Cook potatoes by themselves, then add to meat and seasonings.
