Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    boneless chicken breasts (6 to 8)
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put 1 cup uncooked rice on bottom of pan and spread out.
    Place chicken on top of rice; add 2 cups water, then add Lipton soup mix.
    Do not stir.
    Put pats of butter on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
