Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 head (medium size) cabbage
    2 large onions
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 c. raw rice
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop cabbage in pieces.
    Mix with onions, 1 can tomato sauce, rice, ground beef, salt and pepper in large pan.
    Pack in casserole and pour last can of sauce and Tabasco sauce on top plus 1/2 can water.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours after it starts to bubble or until rice in the center is cooked.
    Place in oven on pizza pan.
    It will cook over.
