Herring Bits And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar herring fillets
    1 c. thick sour cream
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. peppercorns
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Mix together and pour on herring.
    Carefully turn with fork to coat all pieces evenly.
    Let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
