Pork Chop And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Bread pork chops in flour and salt.
    Fry on both sides in oil. Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
    Layer potato and onion slices in casserole dish.
    Top with pork chops.
    Dilute soup as directed on can and pour over chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
