Fruit Topped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 pineapple slices, drained
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. salad dressing
1 Tbsp. pineapple syrup
1 medium banana, peeled and diced
maraschino cherries
1/4 c. snipped-pitted dates
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 Tbsp. syrup.
Beat cream cheese, dressing and syrup together until smooth.
Fold in banana, cherries and dates.
Arrange 1 pineapple slice on each of 8 lettuce leaves.
Top each slice with cheese-fruit mixture.
Top with cherry half.
