Labaneh(Syrian Yogurt Spread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. milk
    3 Tbsp. plain commercial yogurt
Preparation
    Heat milk on low until it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm.
    Add 4 tablespoons warm milk to yogurt and stir until smooth.
    Stir yogurt into warm milk.
    Pour into a plastic or glass container and wrap in a heavy blanket.
    Store in a warm place until it thickens (about 6 hours), then refrigerate.
