Creamy Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 Idaho baking potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    chives to taste
    parslied garlic salt to taste
    paprika
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Wrap potatoes in foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise, and scoop out potato.
    Combine scooped potato with butter, sour cream, chives and parslied garlic salt. Mash mixture with a fork until thoroughly mixed but still lumpy. Fill potato jackets with mixture.
    Top with paprika and cheese. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 20 people.
