Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Line jelly roll pan with aluminum foil, then waxed paper.
    In small bowl, beat eggs for 5 minutes until thick; pour eggs in a large mixer bowl.
    Gradually add sugar and mix at low speed.
    Blend in water and vanilla.
    Gradually add flour and remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
    Pour in pan, spread to corners.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Turn pan upside down on wax paper with confectioners sugar.
