Pecan Dainties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    dash of salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with salt until soft and peaks form.
    Add brown sugar in two additions, beating lightly after each.
    Stir in nuts and drop 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
