Blueberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. blueberries, slightly floured
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar.
    Beat in oil.
    Mix all dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk.
    Do not overmix.
    Fold in nuts and blueberries.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until tests done.
    Use 9 1/2 x 5 1/2-inch bread pan or 8-inch square pan.
    Square pan will bake in 40 to 45 minutes.
