Smores - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. light corn syrup
6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
8 c. Golden Grahams cereal
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Put cereal into a large bowl. Butter a 9 x 13 dish or pan. Melt 5 cups marshmallows, corn syrup, margarine and chips in a 3-quart pan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal. Mix quickly until cereal is completely coated with chocolate. Stir in the other cup of marshmallows. Press mixture evenly in buttered dish or pan with buttered back of spoon. Let cool before cutting into squares.
