Chicken In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pieces chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
1 can drained water chestnuts, sliced
1 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. sauterne wine
Preparation

Brown chicken; place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
In a skillet (used to brown
the chicken), add the soup and one soup can of water; bring to a boil.
Slowly add wine while stirring.
Simmer.
Add other ingredients while stirring.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Cook for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Uncover and cook for another 45 to 60 minutes.
Serve over rice.
