6-Week Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 c. melted shortening
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and sugar, being sure that baking powder is well blended.
    Stir in the Raisin Bran, then the shortening, eggs and buttermilk.
    Store in a tight container in the refrigerator.
    Bake in greased muffin pans as desired at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
