New Potatoes In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small new potatoes
    1 bunch scallions
    1 c. cream
    1 c. milk
    flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    parsley or dill
    white pepper
Preparation
    Scrub the potatoes and scallions.
    Cut the potatoes in quarters and the scallions in 1/2-inch pieces.
    Put them in a saucepan and dust with flour.
    Add the milk, cream, butter, salt and white pepper.
    Cook over low heat, covered, for 20 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally until done.
    Sprinkle generously with dill or parsley.
    Serves 6.
