Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. nut meats
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pumpkin
1 1/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation

Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
Stir carefully, just enough to dampen the dry ingredients.
Pour into 2 loaf pans (large). Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 12 to 18.
