Ingredients

2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. butter
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa and egg yolks.
Add milk.
Cook until thick.
Add vanilla and butter.
Pour into pie shell.
Top with whipped egg whites.
