Autumn Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 large pork chops (1 inch thick)
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3/4 c. apple juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut 1/4 inch thick
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 c. fresh or frozen green beans
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    In skillet, heat oil on high.
    Brown chops on both sides. Remove and set aside.
