Grandma'S Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. white syrup
1/4 c. butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put sugar, syrup, water and butter in saucepan and cook, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Continue cooking without stirring until syrup forms a brittle ball in cold water or 270\u00b0. Add vanilla and stir to mix.
Pour over popped corn.
Wet hands when making balls.
Makes 12 medium size balls.
