Tartare Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onions together until done.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Spread on thin rounds of rye bread or pumpernickel.
