Loaded Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. coarsely chopped celery
2 c. coarsely chopped onion
2 c. sliced carrots
3/4 tsp. white or black pepper
2 qt. chicken broth (4 cans)
2 c. (1 x 1/2-inch) cubed potatoes
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. plain flour, blended with 4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

In large pan, combine celery, onion, carrots, pepper and chicken broth.
Boil until veggies are tender.
Add potatoes and cream.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add flour and butter mixture to thicken.
Simmer until thick.
