Blackberry Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. blackberries
    sugar
    1 can biscuits
Preparation
    Cook blackberries until done.
    Strain juice and sweeten to taste.
    Heat juice to boiling.
    Roll out 1 can biscuits.
    Cut into thin squares.
    Drop into boiling juice.
    Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
