Lemon-Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. water
1 medium orange, squeeze juice (preferably big one)
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
honey to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon peel
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook until thick; cool.
Pour into dish with granola (preferably blueberry or nut granola) and cool in fridge.
Top with fine coconut, if desired.
