Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
coconut extract
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Bake cake according to directions.
Combine milk, sugar and coconut extract.
Heat in saucepan to a boil.
Pour over baked cake while cake is still warm.
After cake is cooled, top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
