Mustard Ham Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. Medford mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, mustard, vinegar and butter.
    Cook this mixture until boiling, stirring often.
    Add water and catsup. Beat eggs slightly.
    Add gradually to hot mixture.
    Sauce may be served hot with ham or cold on sandwiches.
