Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar (2 2/3 c.)
    1 c. white corn syrup
    1 stick butter
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    2 gal. popped corn
Preparation
    Bring sugar and corn syrup to a good boil.
    Add butter and milk; cook slowly to form soft ball stage.
    Add popped corn.
    Stir together.
