Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. carrots, cooked and mashed
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. onions, finely minced
    2 c. cheese, grated
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender for about 30 seconds until smooth.
    Pour into greased ring or casserole and bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Unmold (if baked in a ring) onto a warm plate.
