Green Dragon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    2 c. cold milk
    1 large container Cool Whip
    chocolate chips or grated chocolate
    1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Blend cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
    Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In bowl mix 2 packages of instant pistachio pudding with 2 cups of cold milk.
    Beat as directed on package.
    It will look like green wallpaper paste.
    Completely fold in Cool Whip and softened vanilla ice cream.
    Pour over crumbs and top with chocolate chips.
    Freeze.
