Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli
    2 small onions
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large firm tomato
    soy sauce
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut off broccoli flowerets.
    Wash, rinse and set aside.
    Peel onions and cut in 8 sections.
    In a nonstick skillet, pour 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    Add garlic and broccoli.
    Cook over medium heat until broccoli turns dark green (about 2 minutes).
    Add onions and olive oil.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring.
    Add tomatoes and a few dashes of soy sauce.
    Cover and heat through.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
