Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. raisins
    2 eggs or egg substitute
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until all the water is gone.
    Mix applesauce, sweetener, eggs and oil.
    Add all other ingredients; blend well.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until tested done with a toothpick.
