Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs or stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.
    Combine sour cream, soup, pimentos and 1 3/4 cups cheese.
    Stir in broccoli and onion mixture.
    Place in lightly greased 2-quart casserole and top with 1/4 cup cheese and cracker crumbs or buttered stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown and bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
