Vegetable Soup For Canning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. tomatoes, peeled and cut up
    16 ears corn
    3 c. butter beans
    3 c. peas
    3 c. green beans
    6 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. okra
    2 large green peppers
    1/2 c. salt
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook butter beans, peas and green beans until tender.
    Add corn, okra, onions, peppers, salt and sugar.
    Simmer slowly until tender.
    Cook tomatoes in a separate pot and combine with vegetables. Put in quart jars and seal.
