Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center cut pork chops
    1 medium red onion
    1 pod sweet pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops.
    Salt, pepper and tenderize them. Roll in bread crumbs and brown in 3 tablespoons olive oil.
    When pork chops are brown on both sides, remove from skillet and place in an ovenproof casserole pan.
    Slice onion in 1/4-inch slices and place a slice on each pork chop.
    Seed and wash pepper pod.
    Slice in 1/4-inch slices and put on top of onion slices.
    Pour the rice over chops.
