Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. thinly sliced apples
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add oil, salt and vanilla; blend well.
    Add sugar and dry ingredients.
    Mix well, then fold in apples and nuts by hand.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch or tube pan, greased and floured, 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
