Chocolate Eclairs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Stir in flour.
    Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and add eggs.
    Beat until smooth.
    Drop by scant 1/4 cup onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Form into finger shapes.
    Bake until puffed and golden.
    Make pudding.
