Cheese Bread Braids - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 3/4 to 7 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Combine 3 cups flour and yeast.
    Heat milk, sugar, butter and salt just until warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0) and butter is almost melted, stirring constantly.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Add eggs and cheese. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl.
    Beat for 3 minutes on high speed.
    Using a spoon, stir in as much flour as you can.
    Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (6 to 8 minutes).
    Divide into thirds. Form each portion into a ball.
    Wrap in clear plastic wrap; transfer to freezer bags.
    Seal, label and freeze.
