Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Add sugar.
Beat egg.
Add shortening and milk with yeast, sugar and egg.
Add flour.
Turn dough onto floured board.
Make dough into rolls.
Place rolls onto greased pan.
Let stand 2 to 4 hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with melted butter.
