Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken breast
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 large onion
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. whipping cream
1 c. cooking wine
salt
pepper
2 Tbsp. ketchup
3 Tbsp. spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
Preparation

Saute chopped onion in butter until cooked.
Add cubed pieces of chicken; season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and wine.
Cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and ketchup.
Dissolve all-purpose flour in 1 cup of water.
Add to chicken, stirring until thickened.
Stir in sliced mushrooms. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in whipping cream.
Serve with rice.
