Fresh Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) crescent roll
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. chopped seeded tomatoes
    1 c. small broccoli
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased baking pan.
    Bake 14 to 19 minutes, until golden brown.
    Cool completely.
    Blend sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper.
    Spread over crust.
    Top with chopped vegetables and enjoy.
