Danish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. top round, ground twice
    1/2 lb. pork, ground
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 medium onion, grated
    salt and pepper
    tomato juice or chicken broth
    1 lb. veal, ground twice
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    3 strips bacon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix meat.
    Soak bread crumbs in milk; add, then add eggs, onion and flour together.
    Mix all with hand. Beat with a wooden spoon until mixture appears light and frothy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Form a loaf of the mixture in a baking dish.
    Put the bacon on top.
    Bake for about 1 1/2 hours. Baste several times during baking with the juice or stock.
    Slice thinly when cool.
